Endurance Method Barre Boston (TM) Teacher Training
Join us to learn the HOTTEST training method out there! Barre Boston uses traditional ballet barre exercises, coupled with contemporary leg strengthening and challenges you with Classical Pilates Mat exercises all in an hour long calorie torching, tush perking, smartest barre workout in the country. We teach barre the SAFE way- ensuring that your students use the correct muscles and firing patterns to achieve the longest, leanest legs, the highest tightest tush and the flattest abs possible.

Join Julie Erickson, one of the most highly trained and respected pilates instructors in the United States for the Endurance Pilates Teacher Training and the Endurance Barre Boston (TM) Teacher Training. Julie has studied pilates for 22 years and is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and Classical Authentic Pilates through Brooke Siler's Re:Ab Program and Mejo Wiggin's Classical Syllabus. Julie has also completed full trainings with Stott and Balanced Body and specialty trainings with PhysicalMind, Power Pilates and Peak Pilates. Julie has studied with pilates elders Lolita San Miguel, Jay Grimes, Cary Regan, Kathy Van Patten, MeJo Wiggin, Kathi Ross Nash and Dorethee VanDeWalle. Julie has also certified in two forms of yoga, group exercise and personal training certifications along with dozens of specialty fitness certifications.
