Our well-trained instructors have training in Authentic classical systems through the Romana lineage, Power and Peak Pilates and contemporary pilates systems such as Stott and Balanced Body. We use our knowledge in all of these realms to create the most beneficial workout for your body. We would never allow instructors to teach Pilates after just a weekend course. Our instructors complete a very comprehensive program (minimum 1000 hours) including written and practical exams preparing them to take the Pilates Method Alliance exam. They are continuously updating their knowledge with continuing education. You are in good hands at Endurance!
