Endurance Pilates Basic Classical Mat Pilates Basic will focus on proper movement form with extreme attention to technique utilizing the Authentic Classical system to teach basic Pilates concepts. Be ready to SWEAT, think, be corrected and WORK. We give the basic exercises an "endurance" spin to challenge experienced students and welcome new students to the Endurance Pilates practice.
Endurance Pilates Reformer and Tower Classes
Pilates Reformer Intro For those who are brand new to the Pilates reformer or would simply like to reset and clean up their form. A class for all levels, students can expect hands-on corrections and tools to help in finding proper form and movement. Open to all levels.
Endurance Reformer Classical Multi-Level Learn basic pre-Pilates and Pilates exercises using the reformer apparatus. This class helps you understand proper form, muscles engagement, and flow. We teach the basic reformer exercises in a challenging, safe and unique manner. Open to all levels.
Endurance Pilates Classical Tower Class Pilates Tower Class combines mat work with tower equipment which include arm springs, leg springs, roll down bar & push through bar for a deeper understanding of Pilates and a more effective workout in the studio, outside of the studio, not to mention a pleasing Pilates body physique!
Endurance Pilates Reformer and Tower Class We will start off with a Classical reformer workout on our Gratz equipment followed by select exercises on the tower. Focus will be on legs, butt and abs!
Not your mama's barre workout! Get those legs and derriere you've been looking for! Using the barre and traditional pilates exercises infused with contemporary leg work, Barre Boston will target the large and small muscles of the legs to build a long lean leg look and a round, tight tush. Our method is taught by current and former dancers. If you have done a ballet class, you know that the barre work is VERY challenging- we take that up a few notches, add in some additional leg training tricks and will get you the cutest booty in town!
Intro to Barre Boston Fundamentals For the new to Endurance student. We will break down all of the elements of a barre workout for you so that you can safely sculpt your derriere and flatten your belly! Appropriate for all levels of exerciser, please email email@example.com if you are pregnant PRIOR to attending this class.
Barre Boston Basics For the experienced Barre Boston student, or already very physically fit student- we will pick up the pace and duration of our exercises, add in a little more Classical Pilates and will expect an all out effort in class! We DO NOT play music in this class and part of your warmup is 50 pushups, HIIT and burpees.
Endurance Pilates Yoga
Power Vinyasa Yoga Linking vinyasa and asana, the class will be based on an Ashtanga Vinyasa practice utilizing breath and movement to warm and stretch the body and quiet the mind. The class is a flowing, physically challenging yoga practice which can be modified, but a strong physical fitness level is recommended.

At Endurance, we aim to bring you a simple and useful meditation practice that is accessible and available to everyone!One that is useful to help us out in our everyday activities!Whether you are a new mom short on sleep, a professional athlete, CEO or retiree, we have created an Endurance of the Mind practice that can help you out!In our 30 minute Intro to Meditation sessions, join us to learn tools to manage stress and anxiety, handle difficult situations and train your brain to keep your mind and body in control.We will give you 2 -5 minute meditation options to try on your own at home, at work, while working out or walking down the street!
