The Authentic Pilates method taught at Endurance Pilates and Yoga is meant to challenge you physically and mentally even at the Basiclevel. If you are transferring from another Pilates studio, especially if they teach a different style of Pilates, please plan on observing prior to attending so that you are able to choose the proper class level.
You will sweat in our Pilates classes- guaranteed!
Most students- even those with a regular Pilates practice at a gym/other studios and even instructors trained in other Pilates methods- need to begin with our Basics classes in order to understand The Endurance Method properly. Our classes are significantly more challenging than most Pilates classes and our results prove that the hard work is worth it!
BRAND NEW TO EXERCISE? We would encourage you to observe one class and then try three Intro or Basic classes at the studio. If you have questions following this experience as to where you should be exercising, please contact email@example.com to setup a fitness assessment. Fitness assessments will last one hour and will consist of postural assessment, nutrition assessment, lifestyle assessment. Assessment is available at a cost of $150-200 per session.
